  • Free shipping on orders above ₹ 1000

  • Orders below ₹1000 will attract a flat shipping charge of ₹ 100

  • Tracking details may take 24 hours to activate.

  • All kids’ products are hygienically packed and sealed before dispatch.

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Incorrect address or contact details

  • Customer unavailable at delivery location

  • Natural calamities or logistics issues

In such cases, our support team will assist you.

  • If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

    • Photos/videos of the package
